No. GeraEats provides the full delivery network. When a customer places an order, we assign a nearby rider automatically. If you already have delivery staff, you can also use your own riders with our hybrid model.
How quickly will my restaurant go live?
Most restaurants are approved and live within 24 hours of submitting their profile. Our team reviews menus and photos to ensure quality. Once approved, your restaurant immediately appears to customers in your area.
Can I control my menu and opening hours?
Yes, completely. You can update your menu, prices, item photos, and availability in real time from the restaurant dashboard or our mobile app. Set different menus for lunch, dinner, and weekends.
When and how do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly every Monday for the previous week's orders. We support bank transfer, PayPal, and local payment methods depending on your country. Minimum payout threshold is 20.
