GeraEats is in pre-launch in the United Kingdom and is not taking orders yet. When ordering launches, it will work in five steps: sign up free, choose a restaurant near you, order and customise your food, track your driver live on the map, then enjoy and rate your meal. Join the waitlist to be told when ordering launches.

At launch you will be able to create your GeraEats account in seconds with your phone number, email, or Google account, enter your delivery address and start browsing restaurants near you. Today you can browse the directory and join the waitlist.

Choose Your Restaurant
At launch you will be able to browse restaurants near you and filter by cuisine, dietary preferences, delivery time, minimum order, and rating. Today the directory lists food businesses from public registers; they have not joined GeraEats and are not taking orders through it.

How long does delivery take?
GeraEats is not delivering yet — ordering is launching soon in the United Kingdom and no orders have been taken. Delivery times will be shown for each restaurant when ordering opens.
What if my order is wrong or late?
GeraEats is in pre-launch and has taken no orders, so no order can go wrong yet. The refund and re-delivery policy will be published before ordering launches.
Is there a minimum order?
Ordering is not open yet, so no minimum order applies today. Any minimums will be set by restaurants and shown on their pages when ordering launches.
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Not yet — ordering is launching soon. Scheduled orders are part of the planned launch experience.
