- Commission is deducted automatically from each completed order. On Basic (15%), commission is 15% of the order. On Partner (10%) commission is 10%, and on Premium (7%) commission is just 7%. No other fees apply.
- Can I switch plans as my restaurant grows?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your restaurant dashboard. The new commission rate applies from the moment your plan change is processed.
- Is there a contract or minimum term?
- No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel at any time — you remain listed until the end of your paid billing period. Your menu and reviews are preserved if you return.
- What are the promotional tools on the Partner plan?
- Partner restaurants can create discount codes, run time-limited offers, and appear in "Deals & Offers" sections on the app. All promotions are self-serve via your dashboard.
- Do restaurants earn GeraCoins?
- Yes. Partner and Premium restaurants earn GeraCoins on monthly subscription payments. These can be redeemed across the Gera ecosystem — GeraClinic, GeraHome, GeraMarket, and more.

- Most restaurants are live within 24 hours of submitting their menu and completing our brief onboarding checklist. Our onboarding team reviews your menu for accuracy and sends it live — no technical knowledge required.
- Do you provide a tablet or hardware?
- Partner and Premium plans include a pre-configured GeraEats order tablet at no extra cost. Basic plan restaurants can use our free web dashboard or any Android/iOS device — no proprietary hardware required.
- Who hires and manages the delivery drivers?
- GeraEats manages its own fleet of independent courier partners in each city we operate in. You never need to recruit, train, or insure delivery staff. If you prefer to use your own riders, you can enable pickup-only or self-delivery mode in your dashboard.
- When do I get paid?
- Payouts are processed every week (Basic) or every two business days (Partner and Premium) directly to your registered bank account. A full earnings breakdown — including itemised commissions and any promotions — is available in your restaurant dashboard in real time.
- Can I offer pickup-only (no delivery)?
- Yes. You can configure your listing as delivery, pickup, or both. Pickup-only restaurants are still fully visible in the GeraEats app and pay the same commission rates on pickup orders.
- Do you support multi-location restaurant chains?
- Yes. Premium plan includes multi-location management under a single account — each branch gets its own menu, delivery zone, and analytics, while your head office sees a consolidated view. Chains with more than 10 locations can contact us for an enterprise quote.
- How are customer reviews handled? Are they moderated?
- Every review is tied to a verified, completed order — no anonymous or unverified submissions. Our moderation team reviews flagged content within 24 hours. Restaurants can respond publicly to any review via the dashboard, and you can dispute reviews that violate our policy.
