Browse restaurants near you, select items from their menu, add to cart, choose delivery or pickup, and place your order. Track delivery in real time.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees depend on distance, restaurant, and order size. The exact fee is shown before you confirm your order.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes. During checkout, select 'Schedule Order' and choose your preferred delivery date and time, up to 7 days in advance.
How do I apply a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the 'Promo Code' field at checkout. The discount will be applied before payment.
What if my order is wrong or missing items?
Report the issue in 'Order History' within 2 hours of delivery. We will arrange a refund or credit for affected items.
How do I become a delivery partner?
Sign up as a delivery partner, verify your identity and vehicle documents, complete the onboarding, and start accepting deliveries.
How do restaurants join GeraEats?
Restaurants can apply through our partner portal. We review applications and help onboard menus, photos, and delivery zones.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery where available. All electronic payments are secure and encrypted.
Can I leave dietary preferences?
Yes. Set your dietary preferences (vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, etc.) in your profile to see filtered restaurant and menu options.
