Methodology
Alerts are pulled verbatim from the FSA "Food alerts" open REST API (sorted newest-first) and de-duplicated by notation. Each record keeps the FSA headline, named business/brand, product, risk statement, alert type and the canonical food.gov.uk reference. Nothing is summarised away, estimated or editorialised — this is neutral factual reporting of the official notices.
